TeamKC Advisory Board | Meet the Co-Chairs

An elite squad of more than 20 talent acquisition and HR leaders, and community partners make up the TeamKC Board of Advisors. As a collective, this group oversees the creation of new talent attraction tools and guides the direction of the TeamKC initiative. 

We recently sat down with our Co-Chairs to learn more about their favorite KC spots, past times and passions. Check it out!

What makes KC home: My family and friends
Best piece of advice for fellow recruiters: While people are unpredictable and may not accept the initial job at your organization, they will remember their experience. Who knows what the future holds!  We’ve had several candidates come back around later in their careers because they enjoyed their first experience with us.
