As managing director of TeamKC: Life+Talent at the Kansas City Area Development Council, Jessica Palm drives communication strategies to attract corporate investment, jobs and talented people. Working to highlight the business and livability assets in the KC region, she encourages the world to recognize Kansas City as a hub for creativity and innovation. 

Jessica works with the top 250 companies in the region to showcase Kansas City's lifestyle to talented individuals from around the world. Jessica oversees an exclusive leadership group of global HR and recruiting executives and a network of more than 750 recruiters in the KC community, and acts as publisher of KC Options magazine. 

In the community, Jessica serves as Chair of the Executive Committee of the KU Edwards Campus Workforce Advisory Board, Shawnee Mission Health Overland Park Community Advisory Board, Olathe School District Business and Technology Advisory Board, KC Network Board of the KU Alumni Association as immediate past president, and most recently graduated from the KC Chamber's prestigious Centurions Leadership Program in 2018.

Jessica was honored in 2017 with the Athena Young Professional Leadership Award presented by the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce and Athena International. In 2017, KCADC was recognized as the No. 1 regional economic development group in the country by DCI. Jessica has also been recognized as a NextGen Leader by the Kansas City Business Journal, and was named one of the Most Influential Women in Business by KC Magazine.

Jessica has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Minor in Business from the University of Kansas. Jessica joined KCADC in 2011 and is a native of Kansas City.

As marketing manager of the Kansas City Area Development Council's talent recruitment initiative, TeamKC: Life+Talent, Angela manages the creation and expansion of our ever growing suite of resources. She also plays a key role in KCADC investor recruitment and retention.

Angela shares her passion to grow OneKC by working with the top 250 employers in the KC region. She is held accountable for activating tools and products, engaging investor partners through digital communication and events, and answering "Why KC?" for talented professionals around the world.

Angela is a member of Social Media Club of Kansas City, the Greater KC Public Relations Society of America and is on the Board of Directors for genKC. She has a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Minor in Anthropology from the University of Central Missouri. A non-native Kansas Citian, Angela moved to KC in 2013 and joined KCADC in 2014.

As a specialist for TeamKC: Life + Talent at the Kansas City Area Development council, Addie is a key member of KCADC’s talent recruitment and investor engagement initiatives. From social media and data analytics to digital communications and event planning, Addie walks alongside TeamKC’s efforts to attract and retain top talent to our region and KCADC’s ongoing investor programs.
 
Addie utilizes digital communication tools to share what makes Kansas City stand out. She assists in the creation of custom content and resources for a network of 750+ recruiters throughout the region and organizes events and marketing efforts to engage 250+ KCADC investor companies.
 
Addie is a member of the Greater KC Public Relations Society of America and a member of the New Professionals section. She has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications and a Minor in Political Science from Kansas State University. A lifelong resident of Kansas, Addie moved to Kansas City and joined KCADC in 2018.
